ive had quotes for a 12m x 9 m from 9k to 24k - there seams to be no common ground with the building trade, I have full plans sat here yet no two builder ever come close to each other with quotes, how can you possibly decide who to use?

the job can not be shit as its under building regs and inspection, but i dont know who to use or why i should use a more expensive one than a cheap one ?

best to do it yourself i think.
