I am allowing a total of 10k for the workshop inc kitting it out with few nice bits like a good 200l compressor for a start
Will I get a 8m x7m workshop in brick or block with a propper tiled roof for 7k max?
dont mind doing some of te donkey work(digging out footings etc) my self but want a propper builder in as I will take forever otherwise
