First Post so please forgive me if I have put this in the wrong section.
Have just bought a mk6 escort cabriolet with 16" Mondeo st24 rims on. The tyre size on the front is 205/50ZR16 and on the back 205/55ZR16.
However all the tyres need replacing...but.....I have read the manual and it does not mention the Cabriolet having 16" wheels only 15".
So two questions really:
1) Is this why my speedo is reading slightly wrong due to having wrong size tyres ?
2) What is the correct tyre size I should have?

hello mate you can run it on 16s but i wood put 205/45r16 on the front and on the back this should make it better .
