my mate has a 240v and it works fine matt,no problems whatso ever ,regarding precast garages ,they are not a patch on a properly built garage of brick/block with a tile roof and a properly built garage shouldnt be that much more expensive either .
the floor for a 2 poster lift should be a minimum of 150mm with re-enforcing mesh.
