OMG.only common sense that the ford item was made at a budget just like the head was.Its a very poor design and any improvement over the ford item is worth it.If money tight then why bother.save your pennies. You will notice gains but only on high tuned engines will you get your moneys worth,eg over 200Bhp.Turbo will kick in that little earlier too.:-p
