it would turn out all the water has found itself in the sump, the metering unit was covered in coffee colured yougart, so i traced it back to rocker breather from block (right side) dip stick was well over max and was also coffee colured, pulled the sump plug and there must of been 1 lt of water before the yougart started coming out.
i took the water cooled oil cooler off thinking must be that pressure tested it and all good.
the only thing it can be is headgasket which belives me to think the hbolts my mate gave me were not none stretch, i no ino ino for the sake of a tenner should of got new. anyway hgasket and bolt 2moz will let you.
