Would 13-14k get me a good small turbo escos? Ive been lookin around and people areasking around 16 for em, are they still going for this kinda money??

Any ideas where i can start looking, looked in autotrader in my local area and yorkshire, and theres 2!! Even J28 down the road aint got any!!
