Right follow up time,

Had the thing apart today fitted a EGR blank plate and cleaned up all the earths around the engine bay and thats done nothing to cure the initial problem BUT i have found that i have air getting into my fuel so im going to order a new filter and connections from ford in the morning and ill update again tomorrow evening after i have fitted it all and run it about for the day
