Default problem solved!!

After checking everything from the oxygen sensor to the air cleaner it turned out to be a combination of the throttle body and the throttle control valve just being dirty and needing a bloody good clean. Be warned that taking the throttle control valve is a bloody pig to remove and even worse to put back on and a small pair of hands are handy for this.

Now she pulls like a 12 year old school boy again!!!
