on the mk3 mondeos its only really the 130 bhp diesels that have major faults a mate of mine has had all the common faults go on him his injectors and recode cost him £1k but he did go to ford with it so all your prices are cheap compared to his also had the double flywheel fault taking out the starter which also cost him a small fortune too
