I thought mine was the EGR so I took it off and the inlet and cleaned them all out. was amazing how much shite was in there. refitted it all and didnt fix. But after the ecu update is was better than ever. This is not just a ford issue though ive been on the net and seen passats/toyotas and all sorts with these issues so your screwed either way. diesels are good while there running but cost a bomb when there not!!
