I had cold starting problems a little while ago, we checked all the sensors, plugs, cold start etc and they were all fine !! We were stumped for days and it turned out to be the wires going to the EMPA on the side of the metering head, they had snapped due to corrosion inside the protective sleaving ! we connected them back up and the car started first turn of the key !..................something else to try if you havnt allready fixed it !

yellow - sensor under inlet (cant remember name but its also yellow )
yellow is the coolant sensor

Also, take off the cold start injector and crank, this should spray for a maximum of about 9 seconds I believe, if it sprays continuously then its a problem with the coolant sensor.

Other things to look at include, aux air valve, maybee an air leak somewhere, you could also try a different fuel ecu.

Hope this helps, Duncan
