Well, 2k base coat plus laquer is the way forward for sure, but ya still gonna have to buff it afterwards like cellulose if you intend on spraying in ya garage cos dust is inevitable. Make sure you prepare the garage first before u even start(polythene on the roof, mega clean floor). Like you say breathing equipment with 2k is good, but i never bother lol. If your doing a full car wait while summer then you can have the window open or door ajar....as long as it aint windy, plus you wont have to heat the garage either!
