As far as bluetooth and voice activated controls I am not sure, but you would have to purchase an aftermarket head unit that supports those features. As for the remote by your wheel, yes you can I just installed an aftermarket hu in my Focus just today took me not even 10 minutes, and with all the parts ( leads, and multistalk leads ) It will take you 10 mins too. If you need help hit me up, will explain everything - very simple.

I know this one will have bluetooth and will support your remote.

I am using this one though

I needed ipod connectivity more than bluetooth.

All you need is new stereo and maybe 50 punds worth of parts. Install it yourself. Easy

http://www.incarexpress.co.uk/view_p...partno=PC99X50 - this to make your remote work + its a lead to your original vehicle wires.

http://www.incarexpress.co.uk/view_p...partno=PC99SON - this to connect the actual remote to the back of you radio

and you will need a single din fascia and 4 removal tools to remove your stock radio you can get it on ebay for 9.99

these parts will work only for aftermarket SONY stereo, just an example I gave you, but you get the whole idea... I hope.
