think it worked out 45 a corner and if you look up rally design you can order your fronts and backs to your spec as they do 300/350/380 lb spring rate in std/-1/-2 inch ride height as i said i'm on 350lb at -1 inch but you could have 380 -1 if you wanted to make car a bit firmer it's a bit of trial and error they are £16.90 a spring, front coil springs are around £15 a piece and you want around 180/200 as a starting point for a road car and see how you like that shame your not closer as you could take mine out and see how it feels which is supprisingly good and only just over standard feel saying that it'll be t central day if your still not sorted by then your free to go out in it for a trial
