I run 350/450 for mine which is a track car so way too harsh for you....but i'd go for perhaps 180 pound springs for fast road use, iirc the guy from gaz told me that's what they come with as standard. If you phone gaz and speak to David Lyons he was pretty helpful reagrding spring rates when i bought my coilovers and seemed to know what was what. I also bought a set off 225's for the rear but haven't used them yet so can't comment, but he did say the springs i asked for would be very harsh on the road (which they are really lol). Ideally you'd get coilovers for the rear too so you could spec the spring rates on the back too and give it the best chance of being a nice road car. I ran cobra -30mm sorings before and they were really nice on the road, whatever you get for the back try and find out what poundage they are so you can spec the fronts accordingly. Bit of a ramble i know but hopefully some of it may help
