tabetha- i fancy the carb route as ive never been down this road. as I said I have an rs turbo its 190 bhp good fun but didnt want to go the same way for my zetec. I know you can get a fair deal of power out a zetec turbo but I was just after a quick hot hatch a suppose. my mate had an xr2 zetec with r1 carbs and it gave my turbo a run for its money I was shocked, thats what made me think of the 40s. as blk above has said a megajolt? anyone else have any experience with these? ive seen it on ebay for under 200 which I think is not too bad? that includes edis module IF I need it? if not can get it cheaper

I take my rs to AVA in glasgow never had any problems so may talk to them about my new idea and what they can do for me. Must say uve been a great help yet again mate

blk-mk5- thanks for info mate! how does it run? what other mods have you got? wat size is your zetec? ive had a look at megajolt on ebay brand new costs 170 without edis and 180 with so dunno if I need the edis module? also what length is your manifold as I see you can get a variety of diff lengths to fit. this is for a fiesta so prob better with the shortest available. thanks for replyin
again guys im completely blind to this so how I go about the jetting? is it a rolling road adjustment or do you need to buy different jets and have them put in? Im enjoying this learning curve
