coolant temp sensor is a common cause of these type of symptoms. the one at the bottom of the inlet manifold underneath. unplug the 2 pin plug on the side of the metering unit and if it runs a lot better it'll probably be down to the coolant sensor. coolant sensor is the one on the white or yellow plug.
put fresh spark plugs in and it started no bother. the old plugs were black and soaking!
anyway unplugged the 2 pin wire plug from the meter head, the car reved up for 2-3seconds then cut out???
the co adjusting screw was screwed right out...surely thats not right?
