The Eibach springs are ok, a bit crashy, but for the money, you can't complain. I have some Bilstein B12s on mine and can't praise them enough tbh.

As for tuner, I guess I'm slightly bias but I'm gonna say JamSport

You wont get 190bhp from that kit either. I've not seen anyone get any where near that without a custom map from Jamsport done on the rollers. Even then you'll be looking at about 185bhp
