I wouldn't spend any more money on it until you've spoken to a trusted tuner as you'll just throw good money after bad if you don't. Better to go through the spec that you have with Stu as mentioned & see what he suggests you do.
I spoke to harvey at scs in peterborough about chipping my st escos and he said to me that if you chip the st escos the turbo will need a 360 degree thrust bearing because the increased boost winds the guts out of them.
