I have a feeling that the cam pulley is different. All the pulleys are identified with a two letter code (KA, LA, AA, ...). Usually the teh turbo CVHs have had a pulley with 4degrees more retard than the naturally aspirated CVHs. I think KA was the turbo one. LA and AA are for sure N/A one.

The head, valves, springs, ports, cam, guides, etc are identical.
