OR - customise your existing heat shield
If it's a standard one, neatly cut out the section that clashes with the strut brace with a hacksaw. Then you can either leave it like this, put some edging on the edge of the cut out section, or buy some heatsheild material which is usually available in sheets and install a section of that in a shape that conforms to the strut brace, and then rivet it onto the original shield.
Or, even make a whole new shield out of the heat shield material, and use your original sheild as a template.
