hi mate i used to drink 7-8 cans of stella a night every night for 10 years and last week i knocked it on the head as im putting on to much weight its a killer not having a can im so tempted to go to the shop and get some cans but if i do i will be pissed off with myself in the morning as ive done well so far with the healthy eating and going out on the mounting bike im 14 stone and would love to get to 11-12 stone.
