If you've got omex mate can't really see any advantage! It's just a rev limiter that cuts the ignition instead of the usual fuel cut on a standard cars rev limiter, and i'm pretty sure you can configure the omex to cut either the fuel or ignition anyway. It won't be proper launch control either, will just hold the engine at a set rpm. Think they use them in drift cars etc where they're holding them off the limiter alot and don't want the fuel cutting off.
