Do NOT login using any saved favourites link as this usually causes this issue to start with.
ive done all that & i still keep getting kicked out every half hour or so

When you next login look in the bottom right corner of the window and look for a little no entry sign icon.
Double click on it and this window will pop up:
Then add passionford.com to your list of trusted sites.
done that still didnt work
