Me and my mates are real geeks about cooking curries from scratch, and have bought all the spices etc from Indian supermarkets. We had a curry night last Friday:



We had Calcutta beef (slowly braised beef in spiced milk), Chicken Vindaloo, Mutton Madras, Lamb Balti, Sheek Kebabs, Saffron Spiced Potatoes, Scented Rice, mint youghurt, Naans and Mango Ice Cream (still in the freezer!) all made from scratch.



So much better than any packet sauce or takeaway!
