i sent an email complaining about a fuck up they've done the other day, but now i can't find the page again

anyone know where to look for them?

it had a list of the various steps you go through, right from emailing the dvla all the way through to contacting your mp abou the matter if things don't get resolved

but knowing my luck, they'v probably banned me from contating them
