There is about 6k difference between the Honda and the Focus RS. If I had a Focus RS, it would have to be chipped, tuned, wheels, tyres, suspension etc etc, so I would have 2 big money pits! The Honda was £14,000, which is Escort Cos money, but for the same reason I never went for that either!

I have no intntions of doing anything with the Honda, I just get in and drive it, and it goes through Tescos car wash once a month

Also Honda have never had a warrantee claim on any of their VTEC engines, so reliabilty is pretty good
