I currently work for a very large bus company ans a shift fitter. I have an interview on saturday at a local agricultural engineering company as that is what I am trained as and would like to get back into.
This job I am going for is a mon-fri job on days as opposed to my current job which is early or late shifts only getting one weekend off in 3. It also pays a tad more.
Im a little wary about working for a smaller buisness after working for such a large one as surely in the current state of things jobs arnt as safe in a smaller company????

if your good at your job mate id say u were better off with a small company an not just a number an are more likely to get noticed an af work does fall short your more likely to keep your job
