You won't cool the oil enough to lower the temps of the turbo in a meaningfull way.

Your oil shouldnt be hotter than about 130-140 degrees C anyway... If its hotter than this you need an oil cooler

Its not so much the oil being to hot thats a problem - its the oil carbonising in the turbo thats the issue, hence water cooled turbos.
