Thanks for that martin, will search out for the switch, have been told i could be at the bottom of the radiator!!!

As for the fuel consumption, it has just done 250 miles using 3/4 of a tank!! I dont rag it around, just drive it steady. Will try a service but im not sure how it will help.

Could it be a fuel pump setting or a turbo problem?
