We've been to Looe Bay caravan park once, its alright there, 5 minute drive down into Looe for pasties every day!

Or if you only went as far as devon, I'd highly recommend Ladram Bay, have been there 3 times now, got their own private beach, restaurant, pool etc. Entertainment is good too for the kids. Had new vans last year, so they are all very good
