when i was with a company called quinn direct the case was i could only drive cars up to a 2.0l and only vans that didnt have signs or company names on them but i had to have permission from the owner and it must be insured by the owner and road legal the insurance covered 3rd party only

P.S my insurance policy was 3rd party fire and theft
