Im err wondering and debating on me user name

Ive had the nickname of sludge now for around 17 years, and have used it on msn and my email addresses etc and all the forums i use.

If people call me, ie friends they ask for me by my nickname not my real name. Thing is ,seeing as im nearing like 35 this year, should i change my email address to my actual name as well as the forums i peruse such as on here or not??

Dumb thing to be posting i know etc, but im getting old lol, and well err it doesnt seem apporopriate anymore
