I honestly cant see any problems about joining the RSOC

some people want to go to local group meets but dont want to join the RSOC

Same people want to go to RSOC shows, put their car on a group stand but dont want to join the RSOC

they want all the same things as a paid up member and obviously want to be a part of the group but wont pay out to join....why
