surely this will encourage more splinter groups, so we'll end up with more groups with less people in.. surely this should have been voted in, after all, whats the point in having committee meetings etc if rules can be made or broken by individuals?????
is this a ploy of the rsoc to raise membership levels???? maybe they shouldnt have voted about 8 local groups out in the last couple of years... and maybe an improved national day may encourage membership!!!
