i thought them withholding large sums of money was generally only done by companies going under A modern company in reasonable financial health has NO excuse to fuck up peoples wages that much. Sorting payrolls really isnt that difficult!
my staff submit their timehseets to me
i add mine then forward them to the next up the chain
he then signs them off to say everything matches up and then forwards the signs timesheets to payroll
payroll then pay according to what has been signed off
that would be great, but that sort of figure has already been sorted on my end so i know what i've earnt, he can check any of the numbers simply by logging into the computer to check

he's coming down to see someone on monday morning, so he'll be the first on the shit list
