arent there actually laws regarding prompt payment that a PAYE employer can get seriously fucked over on by HMRC if they deliberately screw peoples wages up???

i thought them withholding large sums of money was generally only done by companies going under A modern company in reasonable financial health has NO excuse to fuck up peoples wages that much. Sorting payrolls really isnt that difficult!
