If you look at the position of the circlip holding the bearing in place, you'll notice that these need to be mounted the other way up from that shown in the photo, so you won't need to do anything other than drill mounting holes.

You may have issues with getting the ride height as low as the car currently sits as the bearing is mounted further down than the standard top mount.
