Any 'Blacktop' (6/98>) Zetec-E sump will fit, including a Mondeo one.....However....

With a genuine Ford Mondeo one, the gap the cat fits into is a bit narrower, so you might need to tune the heatshield. Also its marginally shallower so you need to use a Mondeo oil pick up pipe.

There are quite a few suppliers of 'pattern' Focus sumps now. The price is 1/3 to 1/2 the Ford price.
