if your old enough to legally have sex then your old enough to understand the consequences and repurcussions of sexual crimes.

In fact IMO ALL serious crimes for those over the age of criminal responsibility (age 10) should carry the adult sentance unless extreme extenuating circumstances.

Yes i know those sentanced 14 years rarely serve that but more use should be used of the powers to put mandatory minimum sentancing upto the full 14 years if needs be.
