We are with Nildram at home, smallish company (atleast it was when we first signed up) we have a business package as my dad work(ed) from home for HP for many years. 8 fixed IP addresses but they cost ya extra. And their Business packages arent cheap, very good customer service though..

As pointed out most company should be able to offer a fixed IP
