Is anyone anygood with i phone and i tunes?

1. i have purchased some ringtones, but it will not let me sync them to my girlfriends i phone (even though we use same i tunes account and everything else syncs)

2. it is asking me to turn on the bonjour service?!?!?!? What is this and where do i find it
