BUT what ya have done is mess him about, make excuses for not suplying the ecu, start on stu in a way thats in ya head, your pig headed attitude has not done you any favours at all


do ya self a favour, take a customer service course mate, even if ya have to quit the excuses course ya been learning



lets get back to the facts, you never answered the phone, i dont leave mesages either, you said ya would phone him, you never, you decided to phone him on here in public, waited for hours and hours THEN made anopther excuse not to send it, stu gave a refund and then you said as the refund is made its all over



give it a break, you are responsible for all of this, learn how to deal with customers mate, im very worried for you and your family and feel for ya missus, i really do as your pig headed nature has caused her to get the insults and shes got fook all to do with it except answer the phone



simon what have any of your friends advised you do to sort the situation ( as in the majority !!!)
