i have a crb paper in front of me and it shows the following:

your name
dob
place of birth etc
date of issue
position appied for
employer
counter signatory
registered body of counter signatory
police record for convictions, cautions, reprimans and warnings
info from the 142 esucation act
isa childrens barred list
isa vunerable adults list
other relevant info (police descretion
enhanced disclosure for sections 113b - 116 of the police act 1997

so that gives you an idea of what they will get back

you can apply for ome yourself if you pay for it, but they also send a copy to the person who's asked for it if it's the employer so you can't say "i've not got that on the sheet" because they've got the same copy
