As above, but as far as I'm aware it'd be a straight swap if you used a 4x4 ghia or similar donor, however, for the price of a copmplete decent base model saph, you could no doubt get a genuine shell for say a couple of hundred more, and it wouldn't lose any value as it'd still be a cossie on the V5.
