Quickest way is handbrake on, stick car in 4th, jack up drivers side so wheel is off ground, you can now turn the engine over (ignition off) with the osf wheel.
With No.4 valves 'on the rock' ie 1 opening 1 closing, set
No.1 tappets to spec, once done turn roadwheel until another pair are on the rock (should be No.2) and set
No.3, then the reverse order ie No.1 on the rock-set
No.4, No.3 on the rock, set
No.2.
To summarise, 1 + 4 are paired, No. 2+3 are paired, whichever on is on the rock, you set it's pairs clearances. And no, I haven't got any paracetamol
