hi mate ive got the fiesta 1.6 tdci and am having the exact same problem as you and mine wont start either after changing the common injector seals ive bleeded the fuel system and theres no air locks and the diesel presure to the injector ipes is perfect and ive even put a voltage tester on the leads that plug into the top of each injector and the voltage is there it will only start if i spray a bit of easystart in the air intake and then it has clouds of white smoke filling the road then it cuts out its like theres no fuel getting into the injector chambers am thinking its got to be a faulty injector thats just gone down on its own stoping it from running as ive took it on a tow in 2nd gear it sometimes starts again with lots of white smoke did you manage to get your car going ? i know theres places that you can take the injectors to to have them all tested but make sure you mark them up
