Check all the wiring, fuses and relays to the right hand side of the engine bay, quite common for that to go tits up.
Also check the crank sensor & crank sensor wiring as that is a VERY common fault on them.

I thought about crank sensors but the injectors are firing. I would of thought if the crank sensor was down the injectors wouldn't fire?
