Silly question, but I've just been out working in the garage sorts some bits out to fix the car. I was on the anti roll bar, taking the mounts off of it, so i can run it across the wire wheel ans give it a lick of paint.
Got the brackets off, but how do the rubbers come off, I guessing they are aftermarket rubbers as the are bright orange, but they seem to the solid lump with no brakes in it and far as i know the metal disc at the threaded ens of the bar don't come off, so how do the rubbers come off then?

Also What colour do people suggest to paint the bar?
